Meet the Mind Behind Disrupt I'm Vinc Loh, known around here as the studio "Mastermind." While I started this venture alone, I’ve been shaped by the steady support of a circle—seven like-minded designers who believed, as I do, in turning dissatisfaction with the industry into meaningful change.

Their encouragement pushed me to act on what I heard from countless clients: "You should start your own practice." After nearly a decade working for other firms, I grew disillusioned by the lack of honesty and rigor in the industry. In Singapore, “interior designer” is a title too easily claimed. Wanting to truly earn mine, I pursued a Diploma in Interior Design while working, then diplomas in Lighting Design and Service Experience Design, and most recently, a BA in Interior Design from LASALLE. These formative experiences drive both my practice and my passion for mentoring the next generation of designers.
